The left support table is fixed, and the right support table slide by the annular ball on the precise linear guide. Two TPN flat head screws adjust the length of the movable arm and are controlled by a 0.37 KW gear motor.
Up to 60 different lengths of machining can be memorized on the touch screen display of the control panel.
VERTICAL MAGAZINE vertical rack
The library is a vertical library with adjustable width. Before entering the work cell, the work piece is pushed by a cylinder to the right side of the baffle in the library.
The maximum allowable work piece length error is 40mm.
In order to ensure the correct operation and safety of the operator, this library is equipped with a photocell to prevent idling.
FEEDING SYSTEM Feeding System
Feed power is supplied by a 0.45kw brushless motor that connects the textured lever and precision chain to the work piece.
The feed of the work piece in the machine is carried on the conveyor belt of the work piece holder and slides on the precision linear bearing. The forward and reverse feed motions can alternate.
The forward and reverse feed rates of the conveyor can be adjusted independently. As an option, up to 3 different feed rates can be set on the control panel.
Each carrier has an aluminum stop that advances the work piece into the machining position and prevents tearing.
The top belt pressure system is available on every level of the machine to ensure that the work piece is gripped during processing. The pressure system is adjusted through a hex screw and is visible on the mechanical watch.
When the work piece reaches the drilling unit, the work piece is placed and positioned. It is controlled by a pair of cylinders, and the right angle position of the work piece is corrected first and then locked.
Electrical Specifications
The control panel "touch screen" is on a separate electrical cabinet and can be operated by tapping on the graphical symbol on the digital screen. Layout and control tags follow security rules.

Composed of two horizontal superimposed spindles assembled on the same supporting column. Each unit is independently adjustable in height and depth with position referenced on mechanical digital read-out. Power transmission provided by POLY-V belts.
