The base of the machine consists of two special cast steel arms connected to two beams. The iron beams are fastened to each other to form a support table for the working unit.

The left support table is fixed and the right side is movable. The length adjustment of the movable side is controlled by two TPN screws and is driven by a double speed motor.

Vertical magazine 

The machine is equipped with a vertical magazine and the width is adjustable. The right side partition in the magazine is aligned, and the two balancing cylinders push the work piece against the right side partition.

The maximum length tolerance of the work piece is 40mm per side

In order to ensure the correct process and the safety of the operator, the material is equipped with a photoelectric eye to prevent the material from empty running.

Feed system

In order to avoid smashing the work piece, the work piece is transferred from the feed hopper to a single machining unit, and the damper pusher is equidistantly mounted on the reinforced toothed belt. This setting is maintenance-free. The transmission is driven by a brushless motor.

At the end of each feed cycle, and at each machining center, the work piece is positioned through a vertical invisible fence to reach the top 0 reference point.

The control panel touch screen is located on a separate electrical cabinet that allows the machine to be operated by tapping on the graphics on the electronic screen.

Construction and labeling follow safety rules. CNC-based computers are used for spindle-inserted control .
