GlueEasy 3000C & 2000
The veneer edges trimming and gluing applicators, GlueEasy-C series, are manufactured for providing a precise and reliable veneer edges gluing and trimming output for pre-gluing splicing work. The veneer bundle placed vertically with pneumatic pressing mechanism from two sides is trimmed and glued through the edges. GlueEasy-C series provide a clean and 90-degree angle on the jointing face of veneer edges for the perfect bonding results. Unlike traditional hand-gluing methods, the series also avoid excessive or uneven glue applied onto veneer edges.

Model：The TrimEasy can also be purchased singly. The TrimEasy, veneer edges trimming unit, is designed for providing a 90-degree jointing angle on the jointing face of veneer edges for the strongest bonding output. The veneer package is placed vertically with pneumatic pressing mechanism from two sides followed by the trimming cutter passing through the veneer bundle edges.
